Your flat is in the south of Paris, very close to Porte d'Orléans, which is a communication node in Paris. Whichever airport (Roissy CDG, Orly, Beauvais) or train station (Gare du Nord, gare de l'Est) you come from, you'll quickly get to Rue Morère (between 45 and 60 min for the airports and 20 to 35 min for the train stations). If you come with your car, leave the peripheral in Porte d'Orléans and get to your flat in less than 5 minutes.
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It'll give you access to many shops and restaurants, which will be very close to your flat.
