The equipments are classified according to the rooms they're in.
Important : I'd advise you to look at this list. If you find that an equipment you might want to use is missing, tell me asap. I'll do my best to get it before your arrival. Thanks in advance.

Those wifis work really well.
The living room's wifi might get disconnected. In which case you'll have to :
- Unplug the black box that's in the white box. The on/off button is on the back of the box
- Wait for 30 seconds
- Plug it back

You want to turn the TV on ? Follow these instructions.
- 1. Turn the TV on (device n°3) with the button on top
2. Activate the TV (green button)
3. Choose the HDMI1 function (move with the arrows and press ok)
4. Turn the orange's decoder (device n°4)
5. You're on the menu
6. Choose the channels with the numbers

Watch a DVD
Finally, if you want to watch a DVD, here's what you have to do :
Turn the TV on (device n°3)
Turn the amplifier on (device n°2). Usually, it automaticaly turns the DVD player on (device n°1). If it doesn't, the DVD player's activation button is on the top left of the device.
On the right of the amplifier, put the "input selector" button on "DVD/aux"
Put the DVD in the DVD player. Now, you can start watching it on the screen.
After you've used those devices, please think about turning them off before you close all the drawers ! Thank you.
Description
In the living room, there's a very comfortable sofa bed. Equipped with a real mattress (180 x 140 cm).

It's very easy to open :
- Between both pillow, in the top middle of the couch, there's a handle.
Take this handle and pull it towards you. The bed unfolds.
What's left for you to do is to spend a good night !
- The morning, when you want to close the sofa bed, grab the structure of the bed in the middle and lift it up :

Do this to turn the heaters on :
1. Position this button on the little sun.
To turn the heater off, put the button on the "on-off" symbol (2nd symbol on the left)
2. Turn this button to the right
3. The heater is working once the indicator light is red. When it's green, it means that the heater isn't working.
It's a electric heater of high quality. It needs a dozen minutes to reach its full effect.
Description
As well as 2 ventilators, you also have a cooler. It's not an air conditioner but it lowers the room's temperature up to 2 or 3 degrees, as well as having the same effect as a fan.
Instructions
To put it on you must :
- Open the water recipient (n°1) Fill it with water and add ice you'll find in the freezer part of the fridge.
- On the superior part of the device, turn it on (button n°2)
Then, start the cooling program (button n°3). Finally, if you wish to, you can get some oscillation from the device (button n°4).
Did you forget the charger of your smartphone ?? Don't worry, you will get a special device, fit for all kind of chargers, look :
You can use it for iPhones or other devices :
In the living room, you'll have access to :
- More than 50 sightseeing books and guides in Paris
- 250 DVDs (movies, documentaries...) if you ever get bored in Paris...
- A table that can host 4 to 8 people (2 extensions allow you to double its capacity.)
You can use the mobile air conditioner, either in the lounge or also in the room.
Please read very carefully the following instructions. Any wrong use of the air conditioner may entail personal injury, loss of life, property damage or serious consequence.
Never let the device work while you are out the flat. When you leave the flat, switch off the air conditioner. And switch it on when you are back in the flat. Tahanks.

Description
In the kitchen, you'll have access to a Nespresso coffee machine as well as many capsules.
Instruction manual
Here are the steps to drinking a delicious coffee :
❶ Choose which ever capsule you want to use.
The color of the capsule, more or less dark, indicates the strength of the coffee. The red dotted capsules are decaffeinated.
❷ If need be, put water in the tank.
❸ Put the capsule in the space intended and close the black valve.
❹ Choose the small cup (left button) or the big cup (right button).
Have a nice drink...
Description
In the kitchen, there is a combined oven, which is also a microwave.
Instructions
To use the microwave, you have to :
❶ put this button on the indicated position ( on the left)
❷ choose the cooking time
❸ choose the power (in W). You have five levels of power : 900W, 630W, 450W, 270W and 90W.
❹ press the "start" button
To use the oven, you have to :
❶ put this button on the indicated position (on the right)
❷ choose your cooking time
❸ choose the degree. You have ten oven temperatures, from 250° to 40°.
❹ Press the "start" button.
In any case, you can stop the cooking at any moment, with the "stop" button.

This Bosch hot plate is very easy to use.
To switch on the hob
❶ Touch this symbol 
. An audible signal sounds. The indicator light above the main switch and the 0 indicators light up :
The cooktop is ready to use.
❷ Touch the 
symbol to select one of the 4 hotplates.
❸ Touch the + or - symbol within the next 10 seconds. The basic settings appears.
Heat setting 1 = lowest setting
Heat setting 9 = highest setting
To change the heat setting, touch the + or - symbol until the desired heat setting appears.
To set the cooking time
Once the hotplate is switched on...
❶ Touch the symbol to select one of the 4 hotplates.
❷ Touch the 
symbol. 
lights up in the timer display.
❸ Touch the + or - symbol. The default value appears.
+ symbol : 30 minutes
- symbol : 10 minutes
Touch the + or - symbol until the desired cooking time appears on the timer display.
To switch off
- To switch off the hob
Touch this symbol until the indicator light above the main switch and the indicators go out. All hotplates are switched off. The residual heat indicator (

)remains on until the hotplates have cooled down sufficiently.
- To switch off one of the hotplates
Briefly touch the symbol on the hotplate twice, one after the other.

Instructions
Do this to turn it on :
❶ Press this button to turn the device on
❷ With this button, you may choose the program. Uf you don't do anything, the economic program will automatically be set up.
❸ Under the kitchen's sink, you'll find a white box in which you will find the dishwasher's tablets.
Put one in its recipient (n°3).
You now only have to close the door and it will start washing.
Finally, the spot where you can put the cutleries is at the top of the dishwasher :

Type the code : 1234B on the keyboard.
Turn the black button to the right.
To change the code
- Once the door is opened, remove the little door with the red arrow :
- Press the small red button
- Type your new code in
Your new code is now downloaded.

Description
In the "Happy" bedroom, on the right side of the window, there's a heater. It's only one that's not like the other heaters in the flat.
Instructions
It's really easy to use it :
1. You turn the heater on and off with this button
2. you choose the temperature with the + and - buttons.
Description
The essentials for a baby are at your disposal : a baby bed (with a real mattress), a highchair, a baby bathtub and a stroller.
In the "Happy" bedroom, you'll have access to :
- A dryer
- An ironing board and an iron
- A Bose speaker
The beds of the two rooms (Happy and Flower) are equiped with very comfortable quilts. There are two more blankets, if necessary.
Description
The washing machine is under the sink in the bathroom, in the left closet. In the right closet you'll find the products to put in the washing machine.
Instructions
To turn it on
Button n°1 : choose the program. the description of the different programs is on the inside of the closet's door (watch following picture).
Button n°2 : choose the temperature.
Button n°3 : start the machine with this button; the second one from the left.

This machine doesn't allow you to dry your clothes. However, you may use the dryer thats in the closet of the "Happy" bedroom.
In order to open the door once the machine is over, you just have to press :
The third button to turn the machine off, and then the fourth button.
The door is now opened.

In the bathroom, you have a towel warmer.
Instructions
You can use it with the remote just in front.
When you want the heater work, the easiest way is to turn the central button (1) to the symbol ot the sun (

And then, you choose your temperature with the buttons (2) on the photo above.
To switch off the heater, you turn the red button to the left, to

You have two hairdryers. They're in the closet under the sink.
Each guest will get a set of two towels, a small on and a big one.
If you wish to get another set, please tell me in advance and I will happily give you another one.
Moreover, you'll find slippers in the bathroom.

The water heater was changed in March 2018. It is a water heater of the Atlantic brand, type Vizengo. He is very sophisticated.
Normally, you will not have any problem with the hot water, during all your stay.
If you have any problem, call me, I will tell you what to do.
The water heater is located in the entrance closet, located in front of the entrance door of the apartment. It is on the left side of the closet.
On the water heater, you have a remote control.
The center button (# 1) represents a drop:
The drop flashes intermittently.
- if the drop is orange, the remaining volume of hot water can take at least two showers
- If the drop is blue, the volume of hot water remaining is less than the equivalent of two showers.
In addition, if you press any key on the remote control, you display the amount of hot water remaining available:
